Well- this is my first blog! I'm home sick from work and I was reading on a friend's blog. I thought, why not! I keep meaning to journal- what better way to do it!
My Kaileigh is the love of my life! We are so blessed to live surrounded by the gorgeous Rocky Mountains! August has been a wonderful month for viewing rainbows- I have never seen rainbows as amazing as the ones I have found in my 3 years in Colorado.
I have to say, there is something to say for sick days! Unplanned, no "to do" list, relaxing. Well, besides that I feel gross and sick! As a full time working single mom, I rarely have time to watch all 3 hours of the Today Show, Oprah, read a magazine, scrapbook, SLEEP... what a day I have ahead of me! And hopefully, by the end of the day when it's time to pick up my Kai Love from her dad and second family (Step-mom with baby sister on the way), I will feel better and be ready to play Littlest Pet Shop and Ponies!
