Kaileigh has completed another full season of Soccer! With many travels in between (she was off track from September 26-October 20) she had a great time! The team really started to play better this year as far as passing to eachother and getting the hang of some of their skills. I was very proud that she was able to realize that a goal scored by a teammate was just as important as a goal scored by herself! :) "That girl really has a leg" as one of the dad's put it. Kaileigh does pride herself in these HUGE power kicks down the field--- now if only we could learn to keep control! :)

Anyway, I love the lessons she is learning by playing and I'm so thankful her coach takes the time each week to practice with and train the girls.
We had our "end of the season" party where the girls got yet another trophy and we were able to let them play together and thank their coach with a gift. I really love the parents on the team and building friendships. I hope many of the girls are able to play together for quite a few years at
least! :) And yes-- despite what I may have thought in the past, I am a PROUD SOCCER MOM! :)
Go Kaileigh!! Go Unicorns!! :)
