Well- 10 months late, Kai had her 6 year annual-- whoops. I'm not as late as I sound though b/c we do her annuals at the 1/2 year since that's right before school starts :) Anyway- we're late. First thing she asks is "Do I have to get shots?!" (Which we've already cried about this morning and last night). The answer-- no- Thank you Mr/MS Flu Mist inventor person!! We're up to date on everything else.
She was so proud that her Dr was talking to HER- since she is the patient- asking her all the questions etc. It was funny because she kept looking to me to help her or verify her answers were right. She seemed very comfortable and 1/2 way through became Chatty Cathy. This was our first time at this office due to an insurance change and it was great!
They even gave me a "hand book" they created since kids don't come with one :) lol- cute idea. Great information inside as well.
So-- still in the 75th percentile which is where I believe she's mainly hovered at each annual. Tall and lean with lots of muscle that makes up for some of her weight. She's strong, smart and healthy-- just what every parent prays for! Praise God!! :)
Love my big girl!!! :)
