Butterflys and Witches

With our friends, the Millers in town for the weekend, the kids went with Frank, Natalie & Kelly while I was at a breast cancer fund raiser on Saturday to the Butterfly Pavillion. Since I just figured out how to start using Picasa, I thought I'd post this collage I made. Thank you so much to Kelly for taking these pictures!

Kaileigh wore her butterfly shirt and matching skirt (appropriate choice I thought) and they had butterflies flying all around them. Kelly says I would have LOVED it so we'll have to go back some time. Kaileigh participated in "Race a Cockroach" and hers came in 2nd place. Yay Kaileigh?? Ewww... I couldn't have participated in that-- or holding Rosie the tarantula either. When you do, you get a sticker that says "I held Rosie".

Inspired by yesterday we went and picked out a new pet today- a hermit crab which we've named Butters. It has a butterfly shell at the moment and seems to like our new home we created for him/her.

After some downtime in the afternoon, we dressed up in our witches best and joined our coven for the annual Little Witches Night out at Castle de Peralta. What a blast every year! Enjoy our photos! :)

What a fun weekend with friends!
