I have to give a "shout out" to my great friend Oz for his MAJOR accomplishments in his first Paralympic games in Beijing!! After a motorcycle accident in 2001 left him a paraplegic, he picked up the sport of hand cycling. This year has been full of successes for him, but the biggest of all was Gold in Beijing in his first race and Bronze in his second!
