Yesterday, I stopped in to drop off the juices I offered to bring for Kai's fall festival at school. (It was postponed due to our 3 snow days before Halloween). I had to head off to work, but was able to snap a few pictures of her real quick before their parade. 
When I was sitting at her desk talking to her she asked me if I would be able to attend the Fall Party that afternoon. Since I have to work, and my car needed to go into the shop, I told her I didn't think so and that I was sorry. This was her response:
"Mommy, last night I prayed to God that he would help you come to my Fall Party"
Awwww....She's so sweet!
